Return/Exchange policy
We will provide returns and exchanges within 30 days on all sets that have not been used and worn.
How do I request an exchange/return?
You can log in to your Amazon account, select the item to be returned in “Your Orders”, follow the prompts on the page to apply for a return or exchange, and then send the product to the logistics company for return.
What if my Amazon return window has closed?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide you with a solution for return or refund based on the usage of the product.
Do I need the original packaging for a return?
If your product has been opened or used, we recommend that you do not return it in its original packaging. If you have only viewed the product but have not used or opened it, you may return it in its original packaging.
Can I return hair extensions after trying it?
If you have only used the product to try on a color or measure length and have not actually installed it in your hair, we can accept returns. If you have already installed the product in your hair and there are signs of use, we cannot support returns after trying it on.
When will I receive my refund?
Amazon will review the returned products after receiving them. Once the review is passed, the refund amount will be returned to the buyer’s original payment account. The whole process usually takes about 5-7 days.
When will I receive my new exchange?
Once we have received, inspected and confirmed the returned hair extensions are unopened, we will ship the new products to you. This process takes about 3-5 days.
Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return or exchange?
