Step 1: Preparation
Start by using a fine-toothed comb to detangle your hair, ensuring it is smooth and free of knots.
Step 2: Sectioning
Use the fine-toothed comb or a specialized sectioning tool to divide your hair into two layers at approximately ear level towards the back of your head. Temporarily clip up the top layer of hair to expose the lower layer.
Step 3: Adjust Size
Adjust the wire of the Halo extension (usually via an adjustment buckle) according to your head circumference to ensure it fits securely and comfortably against the scalp.
Step 4: Application
Gently place the Halo extension underneath the exposed lower layer of your natural hair, close to the scalp. Make sure it lies flat and adjust it to the correct position for a snug fit.
Step 5: Conceal the Attachment
Release the clipped-up top layer of your natural hair, allowing it to fall over the top edge of the Halo extension. Use the fine-toothed comb to gently blend your natural hair with the extensions for a seamless look.
