How to Return Unused Products You No Longer Wish to Keep

FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) Orders

You may directly request a return & refund on Amazon’s Order Details page under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item received (not what you ordered).
- Size or color mismatch.
- Product does not match the description (e.g., wrong color, length).
- Missing items (incomplete order or shortage).
For the following issues, we strongly recommend contacting our customer service team to return the product to our warehouse for a full refund and shipping reimbursement:
- Used product received (not in our product box, white plastic bag, or showing obvious signs of use).
- Quality defects (including dryness/tangled hair, excessive shedding, unpleasant odor, broken clips, missing parts/accessories, snapped metal wire ends).
- Significant color discrepancy (compared to the same shade you previously ordered).

✨How to return FBM items:
- Submit a return request via Amazon’s Order Page.
- We will approve your request as soon as possible.
- Then, follow the instructions on how to return the item to the address provided.
- We will process your refund as soon as the warehouse receives your returned product, and the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3-5 working days.
How to Return Used Products That Can Be Resold

Most of our products are typically secured with a golden thread at the top. If this thread is cut or untied, the item is considered “used.”
Still eligible for return if: No visible damage (unwashed, uncolored/unstyled, not tangled/dry).
How to proceed: Contact our customer service team with product photos for approval. If qualified, you’ll receive guidance on how to return the item to our designated address for a full refund.
If you need to match the product color and length first, we recommend taking the product out of the packaging bag but not removing the thread that ties the hair, to avoid inconvenience in case you might need to return it later.
❗️ Important Notes for Tape in Hair Extensions:
Do NOT remove installed tape in hair extensions for return.
