Is your fine, soft hair constantly falling out with Hot Fusion Extensions? Even though keratin has strong adhesion, it keeps coming undone because the hair strands are too slippery or the heating method isn’t right? Don’t let “soft hair” waste this great product! This article is tailor-made for you, with 3 core techniques to ensure keratin firmly “wraps” your fine, soft hair, keeping it stable for 6-8 weeks without falling out.

I. Pre-installation: Fine hair “pre-treatment”

Cleansing: Removes oil and frizz.

Wash your hair with an oil-controlling, silicone-free shampoo, focusing on massaging the roots.

After washing, apply conditioner only to the ends of your hair, rinse thoroughly, then pat dry with a towel and blow dry at medium heat until 100% dry.

2.Installation in progress: Keratin heating with “3 precisions”

Temperature control: 160-180℃, no perming, no stickiness, no hair loss.

Use a hair extension heating clip, set the temperature to 160-180℃.

Test the temperature on the ends of the hair before heating, then apply keratin particles.

Heating time: 10 seconds. “Stage-wise” heating allows keratin to tightly coat the hair strands.

Apply the Hot Fusion Extensions keratin beads 1cm from the root of the fine, soft hair strand. Clamp the beads with heated pliers and press for 3 seconds (to allow the beads to begin melting). Then gently rotate the pliers (to ensure the keratin evenly coats the hair strand). Finally, press for another 7 seconds (to fully cure).

Fitting Technique: Use a “small angle” to clamp the hair, reducing root pulling.

When heating, keep the hair extension at a small angle of 15° to your own hair.

After attaching each section of hair, gently pull the hair extension with your hand. If it becomes loose, reheat it for 3 seconds.

3.Three things you “cannot” do

Do not use styling products containing alcohol (such as hairspray or setting spray) or spray glue particles (as this will make keratin brittle and prone to falling off).

Do not wash your hair frequently (frequent washing will cause the adhesive particles to become damp and reduce their stickiness).

Do not pick at the adhesive beads with your hands (even if they are loose, do not pick at them to avoid pulling out your own hair).
