🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We will provide returns and exchanges within 30 days on all sets that have not been used and worn.

If you purchased a product shipped by Amazon, please do not use the original box or packaging when returning it, to prevent Amazon from accidentally sending the wrong product to another customer.

No, Amazon can only replace the product with one of the same color, size, and specifications. If you don’t like the product you received, you can request a return through the Amazon platform, send the unused product back to the Amazon warehouse, and then purchase the color you prefer once you’ve received your refund.

Yes. Sunny Hair extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair, with the cuticles aligned in the same direction to help maintain a soft, smooth, and natural appearance. With proper care, they can be washed, styled, and reused depending on the extension type.

Remy hair refers to human hair with the cuticles kept intact and aligned to reduce tangling. Virgin hair is hair that has never been chemically processed. Sunny Hair uses high-quality Remy human hair, offering a natural look, softness, and excellent styling versatility.

Yes. Because they are made from real human hair, you can curl, straighten, and style them just as you would your natural hair. We recommend using a heat protectant and keeping styling tools below 180°C (356°F) to help extend the lifespan of the hair.

We recommend that you dye your hair extensions only in dark shades, as our products are made from human hair, and bleaching can cause irreversible damage to the hair—something we strongly advise against. Furthermore, whether you’re dyeing or bleaching your hair, you should always do so under the guidance of a professional.

Washing & Cleaning

Hair extensions do not need to be washed as frequently as natural hair because they do not receive natural oils from the scalp. We recommend washing them only when needed, usually after several wears or when there is noticeable product buildup.

Use a gentle, sulfate-free and extension-friendly shampoo. Avoid harsh cleansing products that can dry out the hair or reduce softness. Apply shampoo mainly to the mid-lengths and ends, and avoid excessive rubbing.

Yes. Conditioner helps maintain softness and moisture. Apply conditioner from the middle of the hair to the ends, avoiding the attachment areas such as tape tabs, clips, bonds, or wefts.

Yes. A moisturizing hair mask can help keep human hair extensions soft and smooth. Use it occasionally and avoid applying heavy products directly to the attachment points, as this may affect the hold.

Gently squeeze out excess water with a towel and allow the extensions to air dry when possible. If using a blow dryer, use a low to medium heat setting and apply heat protectant before styling.

Sleeping & Daily Activities

It depends on the extension type. Clip-In extensions should always be removed before sleeping. For semi-permanent extensions, protect the hair by gently brushing it, securing it in a loose braid or ponytail, and avoiding sleeping with wet hair.

You can swim with some types of hair extensions, but frequent exposure to chlorine or salt water may cause dryness and tangling. Before swimming, apply leave-in conditioner, tie your hair back, and rinse thoroughly afterward.

Yes. Most extension types can be worn during exercise. Tie your hair loosely to reduce pulling and wash or refresh your hair after workouts to remove sweat and product buildup.

Storage & Longevity

Make sure the extensions are completely dry before storing. Brush them gently, place them in a clean storage bag or box, and keep them away from direct sunlight, moisture, and excessive heat.
