How to return FBA items:
1.Submit a return request via Amazon’s Order Page.
2.Return a Package Following Amazon’s Instructions.
3.Once Amazon warehouse staff receive the package and verify that it is in order, and the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3-5 working days.
