This post coalesces the various problems you will have with clip in hair extensions, wearing them, hair volume, and more.
Clip Problems

What if the clips are loose/ clips are not working/ clips are broken?
Don’t worry – this is fixable! You can easily replace the clips by removing the old ones and attaching on new replacement clips. If you just received your extensions and notice this issue, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
What if I have thin hair that shows the clips?
Clip-ins work best with medium to thick hair, since they need enough hair to securely clip onto. If you have thinning hair, we recommend that you try our 3-piece clip-on set to test the coverage before purchasing the full set.
Will the extensions fall out during wear?
When properly installed and not pulled on, your extensions will stay securely in place. However, we recommend removing them before intense physical activities or sports to be extra safe.
Wearing Problems

How long do the hair extensions last?
With proper care, your extensions can last 3-6 months. The key is regular washing with gentle products, avoiding excessive heat styling, and handling them with care to extend their lifespan. Store them properly when not in use to prevent tangling and damage.
Can I sleep with my hair extensions?
While you technically can, we don’t recommend it. Since clip-ins are designed to be easily removed, taking them out before bed will be more comfortable for you and help preserve the quality of your extensions. Sleeping with them in may cause unnecessary tension on your natural hair and lead to tangling.
Can I swim or exercise after getting hair extensions?
You can, but it’s better to remove them first. Swimming pools contain chlorine and other chemicals that can damage the hair fibers, while sweat and movement during exercise may cause the clips to loosen. For the best results and longest lifespan, we suggest removing your extensions before these activities.
Hair-Volume problems

Why is it still not full enough after wearing them?
If you have average hair density but want more volume, we recommend trying our heavyweight clip in hair extensions. These contain more hair than standard sets, perfect for those who desire extra thickness and fullness.
Can I use clip-ins with very little hair?
While possible, we don’t recommend clip-ins if you have extremely thin hair. Remember, clip-ins need enough natural hair to securely attach the clips without showing. For very sparse hair; other extension methods might work better.
Why does it look bulky after wearing it?
If you already have thick hair, our 3-piece clip-in sets are your best bet! They provide just the right amount of length and volume without making your hair look unnaturally dense. The perfect balance for those with naturally thick hair.
