Can it be trimmed? (or will it fray?)
Yes, our hair extensions are trimmable and you can have them trimmed to length or styled as desired.
Why is the weight on the package different from the product page?
The grams on the bag are the net weight of the hair extensions, and the product page is labeled with the total weight of the single package including accessories. If you still have questions, please ask customer service.
Styling & Tools
Can I curl my hair with a curling iron and then spray hairspray on the curls?
Yes. You can use a curling iron and hairspray. Just try to keep the heat setting below 180°C (356°F) to protect your hair.
Why is there black residue after heating?
This is a natural reaction to high heat. Use styling tools below 180°C (350°F) and avoid excessive heat exposure.
Color & Size
What if the hair extension color doesn’t match?
Please refer to the color swatches before purchase to choose a color that suits your natural hair color. If you encounter color difference problems, contact customer service for a return or exchange.
What if the hair extensions are the wrong size?
Please measure your head circumference and check our size guide before ordering. If you receive the wrong size, contact customer service for a return or exchange.
Care & Maintenance
What if the hair extensions become dry/tangled?
Use a wide-tooth comb and detangler spray before combing. Regularly condition and apply essential oil to maintain softness and prevent tangling.
Why do the hair extensions bend and tangle after washing?
Gently pat dry with a towel, use a low-heat dryer, and apply essential oil to the ends to prevent tangling.
What should I be aware of when swimming/working out if I wear hair extensions?
Tie your hair tightly and wear a silicone swim cap before swimming; tie your hair tightly and wear a sweat-absorbent hairband or cap when working out; and wash your hair promptly afterward with a mild product.
Quality Issues
What if there are missing wefts in the package?
Please contact customer service immediately with your order number and photos. We will either send the missing wefts or issue a refund.
What if I find black/white hair strands mixed in the extensions?
This is a natural characteristic of human hair. A few strands of different colors do not affect use. If unsatisfied, contact customer service.
Why do the hair extensions have a bad smell?
New extensions may have a slight odor. Wash them 1-2 times with mild shampoo. If the smell persists, contact customer service.
What if the hair extensions shed/fall out quickly?
This may be due to improper installation or care. Ensure proper application and avoid excessive pulling. Use gentle hair care products.

How long do hair extensions last?
With proper care, hair extensions can last 3-6 months. Regular washing, avoiding high heat, and gentle handling can extend their lifespan.
What should I do if I have an allergic reaction after use?
Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. You may be allergic to metal or adhesive materials. Please consider other types of options.
